LOCAL CURBSIDE PICKUP

Place your order online 24 hours a day and we will pick it for you and email you a notification with instructions as soon as it's ready. Our turnaround time for pickup orders is approximately 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Curbside pickup is available Monday to Sunday from 10am to 7pm by appointment only. Please email us to confirm a pickup time, and have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA & USA

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped. We typically ship with Canada Post, though alternative carriers may be used depending on the destination or best available service. Please note that shipping times may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances outside of our control. Thank you for your patience.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping within Canada & USA on orders over $50 (after discounts, before taxes).

Calculated Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These rates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.

How much will shipping cost?

Will I have to pay tariffs or duties on my order?

  • Canadian Customers: No additional duties or tariffs apply.

  • U.S. Customers: Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and tariffs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Fees are determined by U.S. customs and vary depending on the order value and regulations.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@caley-beth.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
